Edison and Lee Process Management System also allow us to monitor entire billing flow for any given client. (ELPMS) works with any software. An important component of our system is the assignment, tracking, and follow-up process.

Accounts are assigned to individuals best suited to manage that account. Using automated job assignments, these accounts are worked in an appropriate and efficient fashion ensuring that accounts are reviewed and processed within a scheduled time frame. We maintain online access to all account information, and ensure that supervisors are able to constantly monitor activity and ensure timely processing and follow-up.
